An Adobe executive compared the company’s early termination fees to “heroin,” according to newly unredacted documents in a lawsuit filed by US regulators against the company. The Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) sued Adobe last month, alleging violations of consumer protection laws.
