Apple faces a new ‘problem’ in Spain over App Store practices

Apple is facing a potential fine of up to 10% of its global revenue by Spain’s anti-competitive regulator. According to a report by news agency Reuters, Spain’s National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC) has opened an investigation into possible anti-competitive behaviour by Apple’s app store.
Why Apple faces a fine in Spain

According to the report, the CNMC said Apple may have incurred in anticompetitive practices when imposing unequal commercial conditions on developers of mobile applications sold at its app store.
