Bumble expands reporting feature to cover AI-generated, fake profiles

Bumble on Thursday, July 18, announced another measure against AI-generated content on its platform. Now, users of the women-centric dating app will be able to report profiles that possibly contain AI-generated photos or videos.

“By introducing this new reporting option, we can better understand how bad actors and fake profiles are using AI disingenuously, so our community feels confident in making connections,” Risa Stein, VP of Product at Bumble, said.
