    After Apple, Facebook-parent Meta says ‘big no’ to EU for its next key AI launch

    Facebook parent company Meta has said that it will not launch its upcoming multimodal AI model Llama in the European Union (EU). The company said that the region’s regulations have an “unpredictable nature”, making it the second big technology company after Apple to make such a decision.
