Microsoft is testing this AI model that they think is “too risky” to launch

Microsoft has published a research project showing off the second generation of VALL-E speech Al model that can simulate any voice from an audio sample. Called VALL-E 2, the model brings two significant enhancements over its predecessor to enhance its performance.
