    Vodafone PLC to sell 9.9% stake in Indus Towers on Wednesday through block deals

    UK-based telecom operator Vodafone PLC is likely to sell a 9.94% stake in Indus Towers on Wdnesday through block deals, according to two people aware of the deal. The shares have been offered in the range of Rs 310 to 341, a discount of 9.9% to 0.8% to Tuesday’s closing price. The deal is valued at up to $ 1.09 billion, according to the term sheet.
