Notice de rxxe ho ya bxxxk mxxxg rxxe ho’: SEBI fines trader Rs 20 lakh for abusive emails and hampering investigation

A man under investigation by the Indian stock market regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India, for insider trading in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) shares reportedly sent abusive responses. Rajat Mishra, the noticee in the matter, is said to have replied to Sebi in the offensive phrase — “Notice de rxxe ho ya bxxxk mxxxg rxxe ho.” SEBI subsequently fined the trader Rs 20 lakh.
