At a time when there has been fears of AI taking jobs and becoming dangerous, Meta’s chief AI scientist Yann LeCun has said that the technology is not a natural phenomenon that it will become dangerous to pose “existential risk” to humans. Known as one of the three “Godfathers of AI”, LeCun has been pointing out that AI will not have human-level intelligence in the near future.
