Apple has been reportedly working on a foldable iPhone for some time now. As a part of the research, the Cupertino-based tech giant is working on types of displays that can be folded or bent along with a screen that can be rolled up. The company not only wants to make these screens work but also wants to keep them safe from damages that happen due to continuous folding or rolling.A new patent suggests that Apple might also be developing a new technology that will help foldable iPhone displays to “heal” themselves from the inevitable wear and tear.
