Microsoft opens public preview of Arm-based Cobalt chips: All the details

Microsoft introduced its Azure Maia 100 and Cobalt 100 chips — its first two custom silicon chips designed for its cloud infrastructure. At the US-based tech giant’s Build 2024 annual developer conference, the company’s CEO Satya Nadella announced that Microsoft’s Arm-based CPU is heading into public preview.
