NPCI Survey

National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and People Research on India’s Consumer Economy (PRICE) have come out with a report titled “Digital Payment Adoption in India, 2020”. The report claimed that 79 pc of the households in India now use digital payment applications like Google pay, PhonePe, PayTM etc for online payments and more than 50 pc users use UPI.
