Gupshup launches self-serve RCS platform with AI orchestration capabilities

NEW DELHI: Gupshup on Thursday globally launched “Rich Communication Services (RCS) for Business” on its platform, which includes a self-service platform combining carrier-grade agent onboarding, built-in AI orchestration, and a complete customer experience suite in a single dashboard.

“Businesses can now independently create RCS agents, get them approved by carriers, and launch campaigns from the same dashboard, using the same login and wallet they already use for WhatsApp, SMS, voice, and web,” said Gupshup in a statement.
