Apple plans major iPad refresh in 2027, new iPad Air and Pro models expected: Report

Apple is expected to refresh three of its iPad models in the first half of 2027, including the iPad Air, iPad Pro and its entry-level iPad, as the company prepares another round of product upgrades following a busy year of launches across its hardware portfolio.

According to a report by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the tech giant plans to introduce an upgraded entry-level iPad, a refreshed iPad Air with an OLED display and a faster iPad Pro in the first half of next year. Apple will turn its attention to these tablet updates after recently revamping the iPad mini.
