Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh to Scindia: Settle BSNL employees’ pay-related issues in 2 months

NEW DELHI: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s (BSNL) employee unions have written to Union Minister for Communications, Jyotiraditya Scindia, reiterating their demand for implementation of the 3rd PRC for the state-owned telco and settlement of residual 2nd PRC issues in a time-bound manner.

“We sincerely hope that the government will act decisively within the stipulated two-month period. Should these issues remain unresolved after that, BMS shall be constrained to launch a nationwide andolan (strike) under its banner in support of the legitimate demands of BSNL employees,” the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) wrote in a letter to Scindia.
