LTM signs three-year deal to manage infrastructure, cybersecurity and applications
LTM said on Thursday it has signed a multi-million-dollar managed services agreement with a North American specialty engineering and construction company, the company said in a filing with the exchanges. The contract has an initial term of three years.
LTM’s IT services contract
Under the agreement, the client will move infrastructure, cybersecurity and application administration services to LTM. These services are currently handled by multiple providers. LTM did not name the client or disclose the value of the contract.
