The acquisition of Radiotone brings specialised transformer technology, blue-chip customer relationships, export capabilities and significant untapped manufacturing capacity into Lord’s Mark Industries Limited.

Lord’s Mark Industries Limited has acquired Radio Electric Private Limited, the company behind the established Radiotone brand, as part of its strategic expansion into specialised electrical manufacturing and engineering.

The acquisition has been undertaken under Lord’s Mark Industries Limited’s Lighting & Energy Division.
