Adani, Jabil ink pact to form 50:50 AI, data center gear JV in India
NEW DELHI: Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) and Jabil Inc have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a proposed 50:50 joint venture. The partnership focuses on manufacturing and assembling artificial intelligence (AI) and data centre equipment in India.
The proposed venture is subject to the execution of definitive agreements and applicable approvals. This MoU follows a June 2026 announcement regarding a strategic alliance between the two companies.
