IMC 2026: Centre to introduce TTDF 2.0, telecom PLI 2.0, says Pemmasani
NEW DELHI: Minister of State for Communications Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani said on Friday that the Centre will soon introduce the Telecom Technology Development Fund (TTDF) 2.0 and the Production-linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme 2.0 for telecom equipment.
“For research and innovation, we have the Telecom Technology Development Fund 1.0, which is almost over. Now we have a modified (TTDF) 2.0, so it will be a larger (scheme) and reformed,” Pemmasani said during the ongoing India Mobile Congress (IMC 2026).
