‘India operations evolved from manufacturing base to global innovation hub’: Samsung
New Delhi: Samsung on Monday said its three-decade presence in India has helped build capabilities beyond manufacturing, with Indian engineers contributing to global technology development and the company investing in skilling and innovation programmes across the country.
The company’s engagement with India has evolved from bringing technology to the country to creating technology with India, as it deepens its manufacturing, research and development and innovation ecosystem, according to Samsung Southwest Asia President and CEO JB Park.
