Suchi Semicon begins exports, says global companies show confidence in Indian semicon firms
NEW DELHI: A top executive of Suchi Semicon said the homegrown outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) provider has started shipping chips to selected international markets, adding that global companies are expressing confidence in Indian firms.
“Suchi Semicon has started shipping small outline QFN (Quad Flat No-Lead) and power packages to parts of Asia, the US, and Japan,” Ashok Mehta, founder, Suchi Semicon, told ETElectronicsWorld in an interview.
