Airtel Business launches IQ Gateway for secure enterprise communications
NEW DELHI: Airtel Business on Monday launched Airtel IQ Gateway, a telco-grade network intelligence platform designed to consolidate diverse customer communication channels into a secure control plane. This platform aims to simplify business communications for enterprises while enhancing security and trust.
The platform combines SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, voice communications, and number verification (silent authentication) into a single, Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP)-compliant solution. This enables businesses to manage their customer interactions at scale, with foundational safety measures.
