Apple’s touchscreen MacBook Pro to be significantly lighter, launch expected by November
Apple’s next MacBook Pro is set to lose some serious weight. The upcoming model, which brings an OLED touchscreen to the Mac for the first time, will be significantly lighter than the current lineup, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.
Writing in his Power On newsletter, Gurman says Apple has reengineered the laptop’s interior, shrinking parts and rearranging components to make it easier to carry.
