Startup Spintronics AI inks MoU with CSIR-CEERI to drive GaN technology development in India
NEW DELHI: Hyderabad-based Spintronics AI Semiconductors has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CSIR–Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-CEERI) focused on a technology and design transfer partnership for the Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology.
The strategic collaboration will evaluate technology, infrastructure, and fabrication requirements while transferring advanced GaN technology and design know-how from research and development labs into an industry-led domestic semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem.
