Nvidia settles trademark lawsuit over ‘Modulus’ AI software
Nvidia has settled a trademark lawsuit brought by financial technology company Modulus Financial Engineering over Nvidia’s “Modulus” AI software, according to a filing in Austin, Texas federal court.
