Anthropic could value at over $2 trn — IPO prospectus details emerge

Anthropic is betting that artificial intelligence will change the global economy on a scale bigger than industrialisation, electricity and the internet, according to its IPO prospectus seen by Reuters. The company has not yet made an official filing public.

Anthropic reported a net loss of $42 billion in 2025 and plans to spend $518 billion on cloud services, computing and infrastructure commitments in the coming years, according to the prospectus.
