VAST Data launches DataEnclave for confidential AI with Nvidia support

VAST Data, an AI Operating System company, has introduced VAST DataEnclave, a confidential AI capability integrated with its VAST DataEngine. This solution leverages Nvidia Confidential Computing and is supported by an ecosystem including AI model builders, AI clouds, AI security, and leading AI hardware providers such as Cisco and Supermicro.

DataEnclave addresses the challenge of deploying AI in highly regulated industries like financial services, healthcare, and government, where sensitive data cannot be moved to external AI services. It allows organisations to run advanced AI models on sensitive data within their own controlled environments, maintaining control over cost, performance, model selection, and data privacy.
