STL Networks to set-up subsidiary for data center business

NEW DELHI: STL Networks, which operates under the Invenia brand, on Tuesday said it has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary for its data center connectivity business.

“The proposed subsidiary will support the company’s data center expansion plans and address growing connectivity requirements of hyperscalers, data-center operators, and enterprises,” the company said in a statement.

The move is part of STL Networks’ broader strategy to expand its presence in the data center market.
