Non-compliance notices issued to 15 Virtual Digital Asset service providers under PMLA
Notices for non-compliance were issued to 15 Virtual Digital Assets Service Providers (VDA SPs) by the Director of Financial Intelligence Unit-India (FIU-IND) on September 9.
According to the statement issued by the Ministry of Finance, notices were issued to companies such as Weex International Exchange LTD, BLF Global Limited , RezorEx, Bitunix LLC, DigiFinex Ltd, Hopeful Technology Co. Ltd. and others under Section 13 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002(PMLA).
