Tech Mahindra launches ‘Zero Gravity Telco Architecture’ for AI-native operations

NEW DELHI: Tech Mahindra on Wednesday launched its Zero Gravity Telco architecture, a strategic framework aimed at assisting telecom service providers in overcoming structural barriers to their AI ambitions and accelerating their shift towards AI-native, autonomous operations.

The architecture specifically addresses “Legacy Gravity,” a phenomenon where old embedded business logic and inconsistent data within existing systems hinder AI initiatives from integrating into core operations. By simplifying technology estates and establishing a shared, governed layer for essential business rules, the framework enables AI agents to operate safely and at scale.
