Infineon, Skeleton Technologies ink pact to provide power solutions for AI data centers

NEW DELHI: Semiconductor giant Infineon Technologies AG and high-power energy storage specialist Skeleton Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on high-efficiency, resilient power solutions for modern data centers.

The rapid growth of artificial intelligence, soaring power requirements, and the necessity for reliable digital infrastructure are accelerating the need for next-generation power architectures.

Solid-state transformers (SSTs) and high-power sidecars are becoming critical building blocks for AI infrastructure, enabling more efficient grid-to-core power conversion and improving system resilience.
