Apple increases hiring in China in AI push: Report

NEW DELHI: Apple is seeking to deepen its technology capabilities in China, with the iPhone-maker recently hiring for roles spanning artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and data infrastructure, research firm GlobalData said on Thursday.

“The breadth of recruitment signals a strategic shift toward building a more integrated technology ecosystem, reinforcing China’s role in Apple’s innovation, operations and regional business strategy,” it said.
