Tech Mahindra, ServiceNow partner to accelerate AI deployments for enterprises

NEW DELHI: Indian IT firm Tech Mahindra on Thursday said it has entered into a multi-year partnership with ServiceNow to accelerate enterprises’ production-scale AI deployments.

The partnership will combine Tech Mahindra’s industry, engineering, transformation, and implementation expertise with the ServiceNow AI Platform to deliver go-to-market playbooks and industry-specific solutions built on the American firm’s platform for manufacturing, telecom, banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), media, and technology enterprises.
