Instagram gets first logo update in 10 years, internet jokes it now reads ‘Instagzam’
Meta-owned photo sharing platform Instagram has rolled out its first logo update in a decade. But the redesign is already drawing mixed reactions online. While Meta says the new wordmark is “cleaner and more modern,” many users have joked that the updated lettering makes the app’s name difficult to read. The app’s familiar multicoloured camera icon remains unchanged, with only the wordmark at the top of the app getting a new look.
