Maharashtra clears Rs 5.47 crore expenditure for IT projects and services

Mumbai: The Maharashtra government has sanctioned a cumulative expenditure of Rs 5.47 crore for maintaining various IT projects and services covering cybersecurity audits and consultancy services.

The Project Implementation Committee had taken decisions on proposals at its meeting on July 24, following which the Electronics, Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Department issued an order on Wednesday.

The cumulative approved expenditure is Rs 5,47,03,880, with the largest amount of Rs 3,16,30,745 for expenses incurred by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) through the State Setu Society. The amount includes taxes.
