Foxconn vendor Agile Robots acquires majority stake in XNG Automation to scale up local production

Foxconn vendor and AI robotics company Agile Robots has acquired a majority stake in Bengaluru-based XNG Automation to expand local production.

Agile Robots supplies automation solutions to companies like Foxconn and Tata Electronics in India.

Both of these companies are engaged in the production of the Apple iPhone.

“We have acquired a majority stake in Bengaluru-based XNG Automation to expand our local production of automation solutions,” Agile India managing director Saravanan Solaiappan said without sharing financial details of the deal.
