HCLTech completes acquisition of HPE’s Telco Solutions business
NEW DELHI: Indian IT firm HCLTech has completed the acquisition of HPE’s Telco Solutions business, which will expand its capabilities to help customers modernise applications, adopt AI-led solutions, and monetise networks.
The acquisition was announced in December 2025, valued at up to $160 million.
