ASIP Technologies to invest additional ₹2,000 crore to expand Andhra Pradesh OSAT plant

NEW DELHI: Advanced System in Package (ASIP) Technologies said in a statement that it is investing ₹460 crore along with South Korean technology partner, APACT, in its outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) plant in Tarluvada, Visakhapatnam.

The facility will produce 96 million chips annually and create 1,000 high-skilled jobs and 1,600 indirect jobs.

ASIP said it would invest an additional ₹2,000 crore to expand its OSAT facility operations in Andhra Pradesh.
