    Aadhaar card copy shared at hotel desk makes you vulnerable to cyber fraud: Police

    A copy of your Aadhaar card shared as identity proof while checking into a hotel makes you vulnerable to cyber fraud, a police officer told a gathering of travel agents on Thursday.

    Such seemingly innocuous activities can offer a gateway for digital fraudsters looking to steal your money, said Suvankar Chakraborty, officer-in-charge of the cyber cell of the south division of Kolkata Police.
