India’s foldable smartphone shipments tally to cross 3 million units in 2026: Counterpoint

NEW DELHI: The cumulative foldable smartphone shipments are expected to cross the 3 million units mark in India by the end of 2026, bucking the overall handset market slowdown due to weak consumer sentiment driven by rising device prices, according to the latest Counterpoint Research report released on Tuesday.

The research firm said the foldable market would grow at a nearly 80% CAGR between 2019 and 2026.
