Homegrown cloud company Utho to buy 10,000 Nvidia GPUs over next 2 years
NEW DELHI: Utho, a homegrown public cloud provider, said it will buy 10,000 Nvidia graphics processing units (GPUs) over the next two years to service demand for artificial intelligence (AI) in the country, and will offer them at lower prices than legacy hyperscalers’ rates.
“We will start with Nvidia GPUs, and then gradually we will move into the Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) ecosystem, too,” Manoj Dhanda, founder & CEO, Utho, told ETDatacenters exclusively in an interview.
He said Utho will procure Nvidia’s enterprise GPU lineup, including the H200, H100, A100, RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell, and the L4 data center accelerator.
