Mitsubishi Electric acquires Dutch APAC, COMPAC groups to expand data center HVAC portfolio
New Delhi: Japanese electronics giant Mitsubishi Electric Corporation has acquired the APAC and COMPAC groups, including their operating companies, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems.
The financial details of the transaction, completed on July 13, were not disclosed. Both acquired groups are headquartered in Utrecht Province, Netherlands.
