HCLTech, Circles, GreySkies join TM Forum initiative to co-develop AI solutions for telecom

NEW DELHI: HCLTech, Circles, and GreySkies have joined the TM Forum Catalyst Program to co-create and showcase artificial intelligence (AI)-powered solutions for the telecom industry.

In a joint statement on Tuesday, the companies said they are collaborating with telecom carriers, including Circles.Life, KDDI, Orange, and TELUS to develop a new AI-powered multi-agent framework to unify customer experience, network operations, and business processes into an intelligent, real-time operational ecosystem.
