Italian digital service company Engineering sells two units to Accenture
Italian digital service company Engineering said on Wednesday it would sell its Alfahealth and Industries eXcellence units to global tech consulting company Accenture. No value for the transaction was disclosed.
A source familiar with the matter told Reuters the deal was worth around €900 million ($1 billion). Alfahealth and Industries eXcellence respectively offer digital solutions for Italy’s healthcare and industrial sectors.
Together they accounted for about 18% of Engineering’s consolidated net revenue and 25% of adjusted core earnings (Ebitda) in 2025.
