LTM Launches AI 1000 to Build Next Generation of Forward Deployed Engineers LTM has announced the launch of AI 1000, a major workforce transformation initiative anchored by a new Center of Excellence (CoE) in Bengaluru. The program aims to develop a pool of more than 1,000 AI-certified engineers, including Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), to help enterprises adopt, deploy, and scale AI solutions.

The FDE role is among the fastest-growing in the AI ecosystem, combining technical expertise in large language models (LLMs) and domain-specific models (SLMs) with business acumen to deliver measurable ROI.
