Meta faces major outage as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp goes down for thousands of users globally

Meta’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, are experiencing a widespread outage. This has left thousands of users across multiple countries unable to access key features on the services. According to the outage-tracking platform Downdetector, reports surged in both India and the United States, with users reporting issues ranging from app failures and login problems to website access disruptions. While WhatsApp also recorded a smaller increase in complaints, the majority of reports were concentrated on Facebook, Instagram and Messenger.
