MeitY launches online portal to facilitate policy awareness, EoDB for semicon industry

NEW DELHI: The Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY) on Tuesday launched the “Investors Support” online portal to drive policy and information awareness regarding various semiconductor-related schemes, regulatory requirements, and approved projects, to improve the ease of doing business.

The portal will also enable investors to register their grievances/concerns, which will be resolved by the officials of India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) with the support of nodal officers of concerned ministries, departments, organisations, state governments, approved project companies, and international and national trade bodies and associations, according to the MeitY.
