BSNL revenue rises 20-25% in two years to ₹25,000 crore: Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani
NEW DELHI: State-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s (BSNL) revenue has increased from ₹21,000 crore to ₹25,000 crore in two years, reflecting a growth of 20-25%, said Minister of State for Communication Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani.
“More significantly, EBITDA (core operating profit) has jumped dramatically from just ₹ 50 crore to nearly ₹ 7,000 crore, reflecting improved operational efficiency and a clear path to profitability,” Pemmasani said, according to a statement from the Ministry of Communications on Monday.
