UP Data Centre Cluster to accelerate state’s AI Mission: CM Yogi Adityanath

NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Data Centre Cluster (UPDCC) will create the infrastructure for the state’s artificial intelligence (AI) mission, said Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

CM Adityanath said that the project can begin from the Bundelkhand Industrial Development Authority (BIDA) region, where large-scale land is available.

“Dialogue should be established with major tech companies, including the Tata Group, to develop Lucknow as an ‘AI City’,” he said on Wednesday during a high-level review of the UPDCC programme, Project Ganga, and possible exemption from mandi fee and cess to promote in-house processing of wheat.
