Optiemus plans to set up second plant for screen protector manufacturing

Optiemus Infracom, a Noida-based electronics and telecom manufacturing company, plans to set up a new manufacturing plant in the next 6-8 months to manufacture its own branded screen protectors, the company’s top executive told ETManufacturing in an interview.

“We are awaiting the government’s circular. Within 6-8 months, production should begin. To start with, around 15–20 million pieces will be manufactured which will meet local requirements to some extent,” said Ashok Kumar Gupta, Chairman, Optiemus Infracom.
