Dutch ASML inks pact with Tata Electronics to supply lithography tools, solutions for Dholera fab
NEW DELHI: Tata Electronics has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with ASML, under which the Dutch firm will supply lithography tools and solutions for the Indian company’s upcoming 300mm (12-inch) semiconductor fab in Dholera, Gujarat.
“This collaboration is an important step in the context of the intensifying strategic collaboration between India and the Netherlands in the field of critical technologies, such as semiconductor technology,” the companies said in a joint statement on Saturday.
